About Project
Maxwell-Reddick & Associates, Inc. performed topographical surveying and civil site design services for the Tennis Complex at DeVaul Henderson Park. The Tennis Complex was approximately 5 acres and was constructed in 2016. It is located on the western side of McAllister Elementary School.
Our Approach
The Tennis Complex consists of 10 new regulation size tennis courts, sidewalks, concession stand, and paved parking lot. Design services consisted of layout; paving, grading, and drainage; sanitary sewer and domestic potable water for the concession stand; and erosion control plans.
